To find your usage information in the customer portal, please ensure that you are logged in to the customer portal. 

Step 1. Click 'Services' then 'My Services' in the top menu bar. 
Step 2. Click on the product or service you would like to check the usage for. 
Step 3. You have found it. If you scroll down a little there is also a 'Usage Detail' button that lets you view your usage periods and upload data usage.


You can also view hourly or daily breakdown of your usage.
To do so, visit the Usage Detail page as indicated above and click the Daily or Hourly breakdown button for the usage period that you are interested in.
